Anyone have an idea where to find a manual for the above? Tried googling to no avail. It’s integrated and the outer door has come loose on one side. The door sticks and is not opening properly as a result.

Being a complete noob with whitegoods I have no idea how to get the door off the front for closer inspection.

    All help gratefully received! 😀

    —UPDATE—

Model number is 854567715510. I have tried getting the instructions for use from the Whirlpool site, as another post suggests Tecnik=Whirlpool, but it’s not listed, and Whirlpool customer services have been particularly unhelpful…

    Hi there,

Yes this is a Whirlpool appliance.

Contact Tecnik Appliances on 0161 7864692 and quote the model number.

    Regards,

    Hi Pollen,

Did you get a satisfactory reponse from Tecnik?

My DW has just gone the same way. The spring is OK but the mechanism is shattered. I was hoping to get spare parts as it doesn’t look like it is going to be too dificult to re-assemble it myself.

Door latch assembly is p/no 4812 417 58361. An email quoting the number to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for pricing and ordering.

    Re: Tecnik DW 2677

Thanks penguin, I was actually asking about whether Tecnik would supply the spare parts direct, but that question has now been answered after a phone call 😕

My problem is the hinges (both sides) on the door of our Tecnik TKD 795. When I took the LHS off the DW off the parts just fell out of the side! Now I have had chance to look at the RHS it appears that the problems are

    A) the ‘strap’ spring that runs between the LHS door and the main coiled spring has snapped in two and
    B) that all four of the white plastic runners which the strap spring passes over are comprehensively shafted on both sides.

Does your apparently encyclopaedic knowledge of dishwashers contain the relevant part number(s)?

    In anticipation,

    Zb

    You’re a star!

Suppose I’d better start the washing up now… 😥
