    original circulation pump Askoll packed in which im told is common enough but i replaced it with a recommended alternative from whirlpool and it was fine for 4 days but its now packed in with the start light flashing.

    any ideas before i crack up

    when you had the machine out to repair did you push it back and possibly squash up the fill hose so its now not taking water?

    No hoses are fine both in and out, i poured water into the pump from the inside of the dw but it didnt throw any out. Last time the original pump failed however i didnt get any flashing or alarms? do you reckon something else is at fault?

    4 flashes then pause. (drain problem according to book) still not convinced its actually filling but defo water as far as unit
