Hi, Can anyone help with a parts breakdown for this machine, Please?
It’s not heating. Checked heater, that’s ok.Had a pig of a job getting it out plus the customer was breathing down my neck.

If it has an Enr then it’s a Bosch but that model doesn’t look right to me, I tried it on their site and it’s not recognised either 😕

Hi Dave, I’ll give you the E-nr number again. E-NR SF TEI GB16, FD8402
    OR E-NR SF TE1 GB16, FD 8402.

    Thanks For Your Help.

Yeah, I tried TEI and TE1 but neither are recognised, it’s more likely that this model isn’t listed on the website as it’s not a BSH branded model but it’s almost certainly a Bosch.

Given that, dry joints on the PCB are favourite 😉

dont think the technic models are ever recognised on BSH site. the fully intergrated types dont usually suffer the dry joints either. Have you defo checked that heater to earth? and check the microswitch on the heater hasnt popped out of its clip and also the pipe from the float switch to the sump isnt blocked restricitng the amount of water in the tub. all this is assuming it is the same as a Bsoch model of course.

Hi, Have done an insulation resistance test on heater. That’s ok and checked micro switch. That’s ok too. Haven’t checked float switch tho.Is there an easy way to get into check this? there wasn’t much room to move in their kitchen and the customer was standing over me watching every thing i was doing. Thanks for your help.
    Happy New Year!
