    can anyone tell me were I can buy a grill element,have tried appliance care and whirlpool who are unable to help.

    Its asingle centre fix delonghi element,I have them in stock if dave at the shop doesnt.

    Bryan, it is a left hand side fixing ,Double grill fitted with a sleeve for stat
