KeymasterIm sure it should be an easy one but how do you change the fan element on this model oven?…….I took all internal screws out in cavity but it appears the back doesnt come out….started to remove insulation etc from back of the cavity and the screws that seem to hold a large pressing to back of the oven cavity but it doesnt move…..I can see element attached to this pressing….i tried levering the pressing but it seems stuck with silicone or alike….do I remove it internal to cavity or from the back?
Does anyone no part no for fan element? I cant log into Masterpart since they password blunder!!!!!any help greatly appreciated…….
Thanks Col

Yup, attack from the back 😳
The plate you’re talking about is screwed on from the back, but also has a high temperature adhesive applied :rolls:
Said adhesive sticks like sh1t to a blanket, run a stanley knife round a few times; then prise it away with a large flatblade 😉
BTW you’re supposed to re-apply the adhesive after repair, but unless you want to struggle again next time I wouldn’t bother.

Adhesive no longer a required.
It was NEVER required by moi, after going back to one where somebody else had applied a “liberal” bead of the stuff.
