Tecnik TKC1285C 6 hob cooker fan element faulty

Just been round to a customer with a faulty Tecnik TKC1285C cooker and noticed all the 3 elements in the fan oven section have their screws on the back , so nothing can quickly be taken out from the front of the cooker. Also the back plate inside the fan oven looks spot welded to the left side? Fan oven trips out when running for around 10 min. Smart owners have thick tiles up to the cooker so that it will not pull straight out. ho ho.
Presume if one can eventually get to the rear of the cooker then the 2.2Kw fan element will only come out from the back? Anybody repaired these 20 year old ovens with a new fan element?

yeah same as one of the diplomats made by a company called sarena I think.
Back off remove the wadding which reveals screws which hold the fan element and fan motor.on a plate if I recall.

Once they manage to dig the cooker out of the floor will go round and take the back off. Great service idea from the company to make what could have been a quick element change from the front. Probably why two other engineers had turned the job down?
