    anybody know the part number of the cooling fan for one of these model

    Do you have the serial number? should be a Rangemaster.

    couldnt find a rating plate so had to go with model from instruction book
    it is over 6yrs old if that helps 😕

    Hi Petal,
    With Rangemaster the serial number is req as the first four digits are the r/master model number.

    the serial number is : 5779001241
    purchased 09/2000

    Hi Petal,
    Oddly Rangemaster quote the fan oven motor A097769, as doing both jobs.

    there is definatly a seperate cooling fan
    when you switch off the oven and that fan stops the noise of a fan continues
    looks like i will have to strip it down and have a look
