    Hi, this machine is approx 10 years old, and is basically okay (touch wood). Problem is that the plastic upper spray arm seems reluctant to spin. I’ve stripped it down and cleaned it. There seems to be a good seal and good water pressure – just that it doesn’t seem to be “driving” around properly. It spins okay when I ping it manually – just not enough “drive”. My only working theory is that after 10 years, the nozzles on the arm may have worn so that the water jet is straight up instead of at an angle. (The bottom – metal – arm sprays & spins fine.)

    Any advice/theories? Should I try a replacing the arm at 30 quid? (It’s not listed – can I get it from you guys?)

    Or is there another likely problem/solution.
