    Hello,

I have a Teka DW6 45 FI dishwasher and it has started failing to reach the rinse stage of the cycle. It stays on “wash” and runs indefinitely.

It will run for 2 hours or so as normal, and then will intermittently pause for a few seconds and start washing again for a few minutes, then pause again, and repeat until I open it.

This has resulted in it running for 8 hours non-stop, stuck on the wash stage of the cycle, so is very wasteful.

    Can anyone help me please?

I would be keen to know what should be telling it to switch onto the rinse cycle.

We have tried pouring loads of white vinegar in, leaving it for a few hours and then running a hot cycle (after seeing some similar issues in forums that were solved by that method). This seemed to temporarily help and the cycle did complete a couple of times, but it now fails to reach rinse again on any cycle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks so much!

    Check the heater is okay.
