Teka DW7 57 FI – Not responding to controls, no error code

My Teka DW7 57 FI dishwasher has developed a fault. When I turn it on it gives a single beep, as usual, however the numeric display for the delay just shows two horizontal dashes and it does not respond to any of the control buttons (programme, half load or delay). None of the programme buttons are lit up. Any advice or suggestions appreciated.

1 child lock ?
2 does the door close fully with a click ?

Hi,

Thanks for your response.
1. I don’t think this model has a child lock. I have checked the Instruction Manual and I can’t see a reference to it. I have tried turning it off at the socket for 30 seconds to see if that would reset anything but no joy.
2. It does shut with a click. However now I am going back to it I am not sure if the click is as loud as it previously was.
