Teka/Kuppersbusch induction hob Model: GKST 60 i4

My mum has bought one of these recently and has just installed it and the error code E4 comes up on 2 of the zones.
Straight away I told her to see if her installer has wired it up right as it does need bridges between the connections on the terminal block, but he says he has followed the instructions.

I have searched on the teka site but cannot find and info.
any advice appreciated

I think that is either a configuration error or….pan sensor problem , if memory seves me correctly!

thanks but all ok now
got a phonecall from my mum last night ” it was wired up wrong”
even after I told her sparky twice to sheck the wiring diagram.
