Teka washer/dryer

hi guys,
just took a new Teka integrated washer/dryer out of the bag so to speak, well its approx 3 weeks old.( i dont have the model off-hand).
3 of the 7 times its been used it has leaked our of the detergent drawer , it happens some time during the cycle.. sudzy water all over the place, we thought it might be too much powder but the last time we used normal amount and still it came out, any ideas appreciated

Could be anything really from too much water pressure,machine tilting forward too much or even a sock stuck up inside inlet pipe from draw to drum…. does it come out when m/c is filling or when on spin?

Are you in a soft water area? If you are then reduce the amount of detergent you are using by 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} and see if it still leaks.

Modern machines have very low water levels and TBH some of the dosage levels on the detergent packaging is a little on the high side.
