Anyone know what the part number is for the main oven thermostat for this range cooker?

There’s 3 models – These are the numbers from BSH

i think it’s :

before serial no: 3N0173B00001 – 831083
from serial no: 3N0173B00001- 831083
series 3 – 830700

Actually , after checking a bit further , it seems 830700 supercedes the other 2 so i’d say its definitely 830700 for main oven stat
