went to this today belt snapped and sheared some wires repaired but no drum action board had blown track which i repaired and refit. now machine straight into high spin tacho ok. is the board faulty and who stocks spares for these model: tkl9290

It certainly sounds like pcb.
I take it you have checked wires from motor plug back to module?
Spares for this are available from BSH 😀
