TEKNIX TKDV71 poor drying

Hi customer complains of low heat i’m not familiar with this model, its only just over two years old, not had chance to inspect it yet, any suggestions appreciated thanks john

probably a chinese import

looks like company is not far from Chester and probably formed from Refrigertion norwest which operate on same site

used to buy appliances off them years ago before online explosion

will try contacting them and see what thay can supply as far as tech and spares are concerned as i cant find anything tech on them at all

thanks dave there is a basic circuit diagram on the back which i will look at once i get over this bug i have

I have sent a message to them and will see if anything comes back

bear in mind this dryer is only 1700w so campared with a lot of better dryers its a small heater

think this is the pile of poo Argos sells under the bush brand and spares are just not there

hi i found the problem just blocked outlet vent i could not see it till i removed the right angled pipe thanks for suggestions
