temerature control/fan fault

Hi,

I have a NEFF U1420 double oven. The oven will only heat up if the temperature control is increased slowly i.e. on at 75 then up to 90, 100 etc….until it heats up fully to 190.

If the temperature is put straight to 190 then it heats up only to110 and the fan doesn’t work.

It also works better with the back plate removed.
Any ideas

Slightly strange description but the fan motor assembly is a common fault on these ovens and when the motor is not functioning properly you will get oven temperature problems.
For safety reasons please do not operate oven with back plate removed.
