I just checked out their site at http://www.terim.it (which is in English) and I can’t find a UK contact on there.

Maybe an email to them if AIS can’t oblige:

Fortunately not many idiots sold these diabolicle machines

B&Q was one of the idiots.

Bernsteins AKA Caremark was servicing these poor excuses
for appliances but when B&Q pulled out i wasn’t sure who was donig the servicing.

Personnally i was told that Whirlpool was doing it but not convinced.

Put it this way Bernstein dropped them over 14 years ago as they were,
lets say rubbish (i don’t want to say the real term). 😀 😯

and guess what the machines haven’t change one bit. 😕

Shame that the information isn’t more readily available, not that that’s any reflection on you Richard but you’d think Terim would at least have a small website in the UK with some kind of info on it for service and spares.
