Just to say a huge thank you for your help and advice regarding my Bosch washing machine filter cap thinggy. Managed to get the old one off by drilling holes and using a hammer and chisel to get it off and put the new one on, and hey presto it’s working and no more flooding on the kitchen floor. And also thank you for recommending a service engineer to fix my cooker!
