Ordered a spare for a colleague of my Missus. In stock when put in the basket but when ordered put into back order at the then price(14th Feb) of around £28. Checked today not in back order list or on last delivery, but now in stock at over £54 😯
Called Qualtex( less than helpful) who couldn’t see the back order even though I’m looking at my account and it says ‘back order created’. Spoke to back order girl who seemed a bit computer says no. Showing as back ordered at the old price, they’ve lost the back order and want to charge me double for the privilege….plus I’m going to look like a t**t for doubling a quoted price.
