That Beko Fault !!!???

Beko WMA620s
a customer had another company out because the appliance fills up starts washing then goes dead, he said “oh thats that Beko fault” said he would get some parts and go back but never did.

anyone know what “that Beko Fault” is? 😉

when we called back we tried the door switch and pcb and even a pressure switch for good measure but it still does the same thing, element and bruhes etc all seem ok, any ideas?

check for broken wires to motor.
