.. that try to tell you how much that THEY are going to pay for a call out and job 😯 . A customer phones me and says he bought a ring for his cooker and asks will i come out and fit it. I says no probs and he asks me how much. He isn’t too far from me so i tell him a price which to be honest was very cheap. He starts raving on it’s too much and that i should charge him 15 euro( approx 11 pound sterling) as it’s only a few minutes job.. That’s all he was prepared to pay 😡 Needles to say after a few words and me telling him i won’t do it for that he took the huff and said he is buying a new cooker.
And of course when you start telling about expenses and putting a van on the road and insurance it goes in one ear and out the other. If all customers were like this we would be out of work 😕 Rant over. Some people will try it on.

ooohhh i know those customers so well……..try and tell ME how to do MY job when its them that called for MY help.

A nice simple job that should only take a few mins to do ??
So why did the customer not do it himself if he’s so sure it’s so easy ???
I getting to dislike the general public more and more every day.
