The Dreaded Samsung Temprature Faults Agh!

Hi all. Anyone come across a variant of the Dreaded Samsung “RS20” namely a “RS20CCSV” This is different from the bog standard RS20 had the usual problems, fridge temprature increase, Icing, Freezer Temprature ect ordered the Defrost Kit from whitegoods site very helpfull and fast, Went to do call and found Evaporator cover to big and parts sent totally wrong. Has anyone had this problem and what parts did you use to rectify temprature faults. Even whitegoods site guy not come across this Variant cheers for youre help Peter

Eh, all the RS series evap covers are the same. 😕

Are you sure you have not been sent a RS21 kit. To get the correct kit you need to supply the full model number which ends /XEU and the full serial number. Both are on the outside of the cabinet – the one inside is only a generic number and not specific to the appliance.
