Didnt know if this query should be in the trade tech forum but has this software for diagnostic purposes ever become available to the independent trade or is it still exclusive to hotpoint/indesit? You would think over the years someone would have got their hands on it…

If you are a recycler/refurbisher and pay for a T11 then in theory you should be able to access the software by law.. However, that is an expensive do at £1850 for the T11.

No, it’s tied to a proprietary laptop only available from Indesit AFAIK that even as a recycler you’d have to pay to get.
