Thor ff tr229 occasionally defrosting

Hi all,I have the above ff and it occasionally defrosting,pot seems ok relay seems ok stat ok I suspect overload.would this be a common fault or should I be looking elsewhere .Any advice appreciated. Thanks for reading , Crockett .
