Dear member,
We have received a note that you may not be trading within the Code Of Practice terms as agreed to in your membership of the Whitegoods Trade Association.

Step 2
Dear member,
We contacted you some time ago in respect to the possible breach of the Code Of Practice terms as agreed to in your membership of the Whitegoods Trade Association.
To date we have not received your response to this matter and now ask that you do so as a matter of urgency. We will look forward to your response within five working days.
Failure to respond to this notification may result in the association being placed in a position whereby disciplinary action may be required in respect of your membership.

Step 3
Dear member,
We have contacted you twice in respect to the possible breach of the Code Of Practice terms as agreed to in your membership of the Whitegoods Trade Association.
To date we have not received your response to this matter and now ask that you do so within three working days from the receipt of this letter.
Failure to respond to this notification will result in the association being placed in a position whereby disciplinary action will be required in respect of your membership and your membership will be suspended in the interim whilst we await a response from you.
All references to the Whitegoods Trade association will be required to be removed from your website, stationary and signage. We will publish the fact that your membership is suspended.
By separate cover we will contact the various companies which use our members and systems to advise of your current suspension.

I’d suggest the last one (maybe two) are sent recorded to we have proof that they got the damn things.
Wording I’m not too sure about, the last one is damned harsh. 😉
