Time to ditch the Ultima WD865

Although I’ve only had this two years, the tale of woes is ridiculous. 2 heater boxes, motor burnt out, water continually leaks out of the front drawer. Now it sounds like it’s tearing itself apart when it spins (although oddly enough it’s not vibrating around much)

So to try and avoid another expensive mistake, I’m after a decent washer (don’t need a washer/dryer combination anymore, I built an extension 😀 )

So which machines are currently very reliable that you would recommend.

Built like a battleship and way, way better than what you have there and most other things you’ll look at.
