Timers on Tecnik ovens

We’ve just moved into a house with a Tecnik oven and we want to know if we can use the oven without the timer; and if so how can we switch the timer off because at the moment it is flashing and the oven does not work.

We have not got the instruction book and the previous owner does not know.

We’ve tried switching it off at the mains to re-set – but to no avail.

Hiya,

try pressing the first two or three buttons at the same time and turning the little rotating knob on the clock, that should let you set the time. Then press the one that looks like a pot with steam that has a cross through it, that should put it back on manual.

Without a model number it’s hard to help you, but the above is a sort of generic instruction.
