Tiny grey deposits

My dishwasher cleans very well, however I just noticed over last three days where water stays in well of cup or something that can hold water there are extremely small deposits that are greyish in colour.

If I run the hot water in my tap and fill something and leave it to settle I don’t see them, so it appears only coming from dishwasher water.

What might these be.

The dishwasher still appears to be functioning perfectly
