Just wondered if it was a local or national thing, (or maybe my attitude!) but time was a few years ago i had many loyal and regular customers who would call me out just to give me a xmas card & bottle of wine as a thanks for the years service, even 1st time calls were generous at this time of year, but the last few years this seems to have evaporated, or maybe its all the emmits who have taken over my part of the world!
