The interlock clunks approx 4 times on this before beeping as an error. I suspect a control card fault and wondered if anyone can confirm this or offer alternative suggestions? Thanks

It’s using the EWM2000 PCB – door lock failures usually cause the PCB’s to pop. The interlocks normally chatter but the machine is otherwise dead.
Can you get it in to diagnostics? E40 family of fault codes are door interlock failure or PCB triac short circuit.
If you fit a new PCB it will have to be configured with a 16 digit code. Also fit a new interlock as it is likely the old one caused the problem in the first place. 🙁HTH,
