Top Oven keeps switching off

Hi,
My De Dietrich FM4942U1/1 under counter double oven has the following problem: when using the top Oven/grill the oven keeps switching off the bottom/main oven is fine, seems to do this very few minutes switches off for a minute or two and then comes back on and carries on heating/grilling. The top Oven is only really used for grilling but this problem is making the top Oven/grill un-usable, any help or thoughts on what might be causing the problem greatly appreciated?

It sounds like a thermostat issue, possibly the cooling fan but most all parts for that model are not available, obsolete.

Managed to resolve the above issue, the problem was a faulty thermal cutout switch.
