Trade Members

How would you know if someone is a trade member on the online list, I would not like to give information to the public, tech info, manuals etc creating trade members to loose work.

just a thought

Generally trade members will only post in the trade forums but not always 😉

When giving info in the public forum it is paramount. Safety first, repair second.
Also, are you a trade member Tekno? If so that is fine.If you are a member of the public it isn’t really allowed to give information/advice in any of the public forums, If you feel you have something you want to share please run it by site admin or any moderator first.

None taken
If you scroll up to “usergroups” and then across from non-member groups, choose “Trade Members” then click “View Information”. That will show you the trade members.
I had my reasons for saying what I did Wayne; in my post which you quoted from, for which Im not going to go into. 😉

would it be possible to have ‘Trade member’ under the usernames? this would eliminate this problem…

However, with it, could bring random PM’s to anyone showing online that’s in the trade!
