    I am looking to change career and re-train as an appliance engineer. It doesn’t seem the easiest industry to break into if you don’t already have an electrical background, but it wouldn’t make sense for me to spend a year doing a domestic electrical installation course which is only very partially relevant and will teach me nothing about appliances. The only specific courses I can find are 2 week intensives. Any advice on how to get into employment from there please?
