We have been lucky enough to have been given a Meile condenser dryer. 😀 We brought it home in the back of the car on its side but, my neighbour has told us that they must be transported upright. Now I dare not switch it on! I know that fridges need to wait a few hours after moving before you turn them on but, will my dryer be OK or have I ruined it already? 🙁

If there was floods of water on the cars carpet then caution advised. No water spillage then all will be safe enough to plug in and turn on.:D

A bit of water yes but certainly not floods. Would it be better to wait a few days and hope it dries inside? Thanks for your help.

Yes perhaps air on the side of caution the best move to make. 😀
