    Hi I have a tumble drier and when i press the start button it works for only a second then it switches off. But i have realised if i give it a bang and tilt it on to its side at an angle it works fine till i lower it and then it stops again…any idea what this could be? also it was left out in the garden for a night and may have got a little damp..

    Door not closing properly, loose door switch perhaps
