    The above m/c will not take the fabric softner, previously changed the valve and dispenser top, cust said it worked for 4 or 5 washes now not taking it again (or if it does it onlt takes a little and leaves some water in compartment too).
    Any ideas?

    Have you cleaned out the syphon in the drawer itself?
