tricity bendix aw 1000 long cycles

hi guys , i was looking at this machine and the customer sayes it takes 6 hours to do a full load and 3 hours to do a half load any ideas , is it the dreaded control module ??thanks

Could be that it is not heating, or could be that its slow to fill or slow to empty.
Check that drain hose isn’t pushed too far down pipe as it could be syphoning water out as it fills which is quite common for them.
