    Odd fault i have never seen with these before. To be honest haven’t checked much on it yet. All the LEDS are flashing in sequence, not together but in turn ( something like the Knight Rider car lights)

    It’s like it’s in some sort of test mode , turning it on and off makes no difference, any ideas?

    Buttons stuck, have had problems like this if the fascia is quite manky & sticky. The buttons stay stick in all the time & cause problems, may even have went in to service mode all on its own….
