Tricity Bendix AW1000W – Spin fault?

Hi,
I have an AW1000W that will not complete spin.
It completes rest of cycle, the spin starts, but stops a few seconds later, before reaching full speed.
Fault occurs with empty machine, as well as with load. There does not appear to be excessive vibration.
Fault occurs on spin cycle (without “rinse-hold” pressed).

Can anyone suggest most likely cause of this problem?
