Tricity Bendix AW1201 W Door not Opening

Hi,
I’m hoping someone can help.
The door on my Tricity Bendix AW1201 W is not unlocking.
I have tried all the obvious things like running through the cyles, Switching off and unplugging for a few days but the problem still persists.
Does anyone have any possible solutions or will a new door and/or interlock be needed

from what you are saying it sounds like the door handle had snapped.

the only way of opening the door is to unplug machine, take the top off and put your hand down inside and manually push the door hook to open the door ( its not easy)

after that you need to strip the door and replace the part if that is what has broken
