    Hi, Going out to this next week, customer claims that just the drain pump runs all the time on all programmes, anyone know common faults Tim

    Pump/filter blockages will cause pump to run continuously till all water is emptied. Check eror code in diagnostics to confirm fault, E21 will mean a pump/filter/hose blockage.
