tricity bendix aw1400 end light & beeps

Can anyone help?

My AW1400 recently stopped working and the end light flashes & beeps 4 times, indicating that there is a problem with the door lock. I bought a new interlock, thinking that was the problem, but the machine still has the same fault.

Is there anyway to reset the machine or something??

disconnect the power before even reading this……. it could simply be the door catch that goes into the interlock is not quite springing back enough, it this is the case the door needs to be split and you will find a metal rod has come out of door catch mechanism, failing that a possible pcb fault.
