    Hi Everyone,
    Help please!
    The regulator control switch for my top single hob heater is not working and needs to to be replaced on my cooker.
    Model. SIE 505GR. Product 948522043. Serial PXK 002 00006
    How do I gain access to this switch?….It appears that the top section of the cooker is on a hinge and this lifts upward to gain entry to the switch, but I do not no how to unlock this hinge.
    Any help would be appreciated

    Would’nt recommend it as a diy job, never as easy as they look.

    Understand your point,However, I’m a Qualified Electrician, so I no the Dangers and I only posted my letter in the HOPE that someone may know the practical method of getting to the switch concerned.
