Tricity Bendix oven fan cutting out after 15 minutes

Hi I have a Tricity Bendix electric oven, last week the heating element went on it so I bought and fitted a new one. However now when I turn the oven on after 15 minutes the fan cuts out. Would anyone be able to advice me please as to whether this is because of the fan or because of the thermostat?

just the fan cuts out or the element as well ?

How can I tell if the elements cutting as well? Ive just been switching it straight off as I was worried it would over heat :/

watch the element and see if its still glowing red. if you do it in the dark with the lights off you can see it glowing round the fan

if just the fan goes off it may be the fan motor

if both go off then look to see if its got a cooling fan as it should be running to keep it cool

it blow cold air around to stop the case and controls overheating
