Hi
The problem with the above slimline model is that there is no heat,the wash cycle does complete but the dishes are not cleaned.There are two numbers that I can make out as follows PNC 911619015
SN 53450073
We have cleaned the jets etc….as recommended but to no avail unfortunately.I suspect that it is the heating element and have priced up a new one at around £43.Is this the most likely problem and if so is it fairly easy to fit for somebody who is not an engineer.We’ve priced up a similar Beko model for £200 so if the Tricity is expensive to fit we may get a new one.
