    customer tells me the dryer runs and heats ok, then cuts out. he then opens door afer a while it will start again..sound like it may be overheating !!
    can anyone give me any pointers on this dryer as to possible reason for this type of fault and any reset stats ect.

    is the door distorting slightly causing the door switch to open

    thanks for your reply Cab, have traced fault to the on/off start switch !!
