The washing machine stopped pumping, when I took the pump off it was very obvious that the pump was burnt out so I purchased a new one but when I fitted it the machine wouldn’t work. I removed the Module and again it was obvious that a component on the board had burnt out it was black and charred. I fitted a new module now all the led’s flash but nothing else. I acquired a manual but it doesnโt mention if all led’s flash what to do
All the LED’s flash do they Johnny, are you sure? Usually the LED’s act as an error coding to indicate the fault (some lit, some not). If all the LED’s are lit I would suggest getting prepaired for bad news the best option ๐
Thanks Martin, a electronic friend who is not in this trade but has come across a similar problem suggested there could be a configeration code which he says maybe necessary to tell the board which model machine it is fitted to. If this is true where would I get this code from?
Hi Martin and for anyone else looking,
I’ve just found out that there are at least two variations of the module for this model therefore I believe I may have the wrong module I’m just cross referencing with the Production number and I’ll report back when I’ve tried it.
