Tricity Bendix WDR 1041 no heat in dryer mode

Looked at this one yesterday it’s outside my area but getting desperate for work, the drive belt on the fan had shreaded, the two stats close to the heater checked out ok but i got no power to the heater elements the third stat/thermister situated on the vent nearest the front of the machine gave a reading of 4.7k dose anyone know if this is normal reading if so can i assume it’s the board or is there something else in the circuit that could have blown when the belt came off
