hi guys, hope you can help.visited this washer/drier today everything works ok until the end of the rinse cycle when it should pump out and go into a spin but it just sits there and sulks until the timer dial is turned to next click have tried replacing timer with spare unit but its still the same .any ideas??would appreciate some feedback ,my little brain is confused. maxx.

Rinse Hold Button Playing Up ?

2.1.4 Rinse hold
– Stops the appliance with water in the tub at the end of the final rinse; this function can be selected in the
COTTON, SYNTHETICS, DELICATES and WOOL cycles.
When the same button is pressed again, the programme is completed by the drain and spin phases.

thanks criscold, but theres no rinse hold button .there is,however,a half load button. could this be the problem?

what cycle is it sticking on and I can check timer chart

all cycles.ie.cottons synthetics and delicates.
