    Hi,

A customer rang to say that his cooker doesn’t work as three out of four hobs are working.

I’m thinking that all of the hobs can’t be connected with each other if one is out of action which was why I am unsure of what to advise on three hobs out of action. In the past that an oven thermal cut out switch can cut out the oven and one of the hobs but not all three out of four. I had a quick look on the parts list, it doesn’t show much on it which led me thinking that it either not worth investigating or something amiss that is easily fix?

    Any thoughts?

    Matt

you post does not read well its a bit confusing

if you are saying 3 ring on the hob are not working then

first thing to check is term block as some blocks have links in and installers don’t always get them tight
